How do I list my property for rent?
To list your property, simply log in to your account, click 'Add New Listing', and fill in the details such as address, rental price, and photos. Once submitted, your property will appear in the search results.
Do I need to pay to publish a listing?
Currently, publishing a property listing is free for demonstration purposes. In a live environment, there may be different plans or fees depending on the features you choose.
How can tenants contact me?
Interested tenants can send you a message through the contact form on your listing. You will receive an email notification with their inquiry details.
Can I edit or remove my listing after publishing?
Yes. You can edit your listing at any time by logging into your dashboard and selecting 'Edit Listing'. You can also unpublish or delete your property whenever you want.
Is my personal information visible to others?
No. Your personal details such as email and phone number are kept private. Tenants only see the information you choose to display publicly.
What happens after a tenant applies for my property?
Once a tenant applies, you will be notified and can review their details. You may then contact them directly to arrange inspections or proceed with rental agreements offline.
